Policies & Procedures


A minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice is required on all services. Things come up and that is understandable. Please contact me as soon as you can to reschedule your appointment. Contact me by phone or email or on the wix app so your appointment can get rescheduled. If you fail to contact me before your appointment it may result in any future appointments requiring a deposit of the full amount of the service to schedule. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive 15 minutes or later past your scheduled appointment time your appointment may get rescheduled. If there is another appointment after yours, your appointment will be performed only in the time I have left. Full price will be required.


During these times I'm more flexible with rescheduling due to illness or possible illness. If you are showing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 your appointment will have to be rescheduled. You must wear a face-covering into the building and it is to be worn at all times during the service. If you are receiving facial or facial treatments you may remove the mask once I begin your treatment. The bottom line-if you are sick please stay home and contact me to reschedule your appointment. 

Terminating Service

There are conditions that I will stop the service and/or will refuse any further appointments. 

  • Contagious illnesses (cold, COVID, flu, rashes, etc.)

  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • If the client's needs are out of the scope of my practice (shingles, lesions, chronic inflammation, etc.)

  • Inappropriate activities that make me feel uncomfortable in continuing the service.

  • Too many late arrivals or no show appointments

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount. They are not redeemable for cash and the are no refunds issued on gift certificates. They must be shown at the time of service. The purchase of a gift certificate does not guarantee an appointment. All appointments are subject to availability. Gift certificates are void 1 year after the issued date. It is strongly encouraged to set up appointments as soon as possible. Gift certificates issued for promotions, limited time treatments, and limited-time products will only be valid through the promotional period. Any violation of the policies and procedures, or if I have to terminate service, there will not be a refund issued on gift certificates.

Cell Phones

Cell phones are permitted in the building but not during the session. If you have an emergency please notify me and I will be happy to give you a minute. Please note I will NOT perform the service while you are on the phone. Please respect my time and yours. I will only perform the service in the time allotted. If the service does not get completed I will still require payment in full. No pictures, videos, etc. are allowed during the session unless I give my consent beforehand. Automatic termination of service as well as future appointments at Stacey's Sugaring & Skin Care. 


Payment is due at the time of service or you may pay online when you book your appointment. Prices are subject to change. 

Please note Cash is preferred. Other methods of payment that are accepted are:

  • Cash App

  • Zelle 

  • Paypal

  • Apple Pay

  • Facebook Pay

  • Checks

Checks: Please note a $50 fee will be added for any returned checks


Gratuities can be added to any services. They are not required. If you feel you received excellent customer service as well as an excellent treatment you may add any dollar amount to your service. 

Children and guest

Please do not bring children to your service. If your children are old enough to sit in the reception area that is fine once in a while. If you are receiving a service please do not bring anyone with you. I only allow the client in the treatment room at the time of the service. I can understand circumstances and if you need someone else in the room please contact me ahead of time. 


For all services, if a child is 15 and under they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent must remain in the treatment room during the entire treatment. Brazilian Sugaring will not be performed on any person 15 years and younger. If a child is 16 and over, written consent from their parent or legal guardian is required before any treatment is performed. The parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of the first appointment. 


All client files are kept confidential except when subpoenaed by a court of law. Any conversations you have at Stacey's Sugaring & Skin Care will remain confidential. Clients' emails and contact information is not shared with any outside parties and all information will be confidential.

Scope of practice

I do not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorders. Any information imparted by the therapist in the course of treatment should not be construed as such. It is recommended that you see a qualified professional for any physical or mental conditions you may have.
